Male-Looking for a Team

My name is Jim, and im looking for a team to play on. Coed, mens league, makes no difference, just want to get out there and get playing again. Was playing 2 days a week in Sacramento before I moved out to Santa Cruz bout a month ago. My position where im most comfortable and play most is defense, but im a pretty solid two way player.
